Can I change or cancel an order after I place it?

What does “for laboratory research use only” mean?
Every product we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use. Every listing and every page of this site says so clearly.
Can you advise on dosage or how to use a product?
No. We do not give medical, dosing or health guidance, and nothing on this site should be read as such. Our listings describe the product, its size and its labeling only.
What information is on each listing?
Each listing shows the product name, its form, storage guidance and size (for example 20 mg), along with a research-use-only label, so you know exactly what you are ordering.
Do you provide laboratory documentation for each product?
Product documentation will be published with each listing as the catalogue goes live. In the meantime, contact us and we will help with batch and specification information before you order.
